SMS Terms & Conditions

Program Description
Mercavia LLC ("Mercavia") operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with prospective and active clients about our AI-powered business services, including demo scheduling, service updates, and promotional offers. Messages are sent only to individuals who have provided express written consent.
How to Opt In
You opt in to receive SMS messages from Mercavia by checking the SMS consent box on our website forms (such as the demo request form at mercaviallc.com/demo) and submitting the form. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or have permission to opt in the number provided, and that you are 18 years of age or older.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 3 messages per new inquiry, and occasional promotional or service update messages thereafter. We will not send more than 4 messages per month unless you have an active service engagement.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. These charges are determined by your wireless carrier and mobile plan. Mercavia does not charge separately for SMS messages.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Mercavia at any time using any of the following methods:
- Reply STOP to any SMS message from us
- Email info@mercaviallc.com with subject line "SMS Opt-Out" and your phone number
After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. Opting out of SMS does not affect your eligibility for email communications or our services.

Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is supported by all major US wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carrier messaging support is not guaranteed for all carriers or devices. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your phone number and consent information are stored securely and used solely to deliver the SMS program you opted into. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. For full details on how we handle your personal information, see our Privacy Policy.
A2P 10DLC Compliance
Mercavia sends all business SMS through registered A2P (Application-to-Person) messaging under the 10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) framework as required by US carriers and the CTIA. Our messaging campaigns are registered with our messaging provider (Twilio) and comply with all applicable TCPA, FCC, and carrier regulations.
